**Terms and Conditions for the Aventus Beauty Mother’s Day Giveaway**
**1. Introduction**
These Terms and Conditions govern the Aventus Beauty Mother’s Day Giveaway (“Giveaway”). By participating, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
**2. Eligibility**
The Giveaway is open to all residents of South Africa who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Aventus Beauty, their immediate families, and anyone else connected with the Giveaway are not eligible to participate.
**3. Giveaway Period**
The Giveaway runs from 3 May until 12 May 2023 midnight (Mother’s Day). All qualifying orders placed during this period will be eligible for the mystery gift.
**4. How to Enter**
To participate in the Giveaway, customers must place an order on the Aventus Beauty website from the commencement date of the Giveaway until 12 May 2023 midnight.
**5. Mystery Gift Details**
Customers who place an order during the Giveaway period may receive one of 15 exclusive mystery gifts, each worth up to R1500. The gifts are randomly included in qualifying orders, while stocks last.
**6. Selection of Recipients**
Mystery gifts will be randomly selected and included in qualifying orders. Aventus Beauty reserves the right to substitute any mystery gift with another of equal or greater value at its discretion.
**7. No Purchase Necessary**
While a purchase is required to potentially receive a mystery gift, customers may also enter the Giveaway without making a purchase by sending a written request to admin@aventusbeauty.co.za . All requests must be received by 12 May 2023.
**8. Privacy**
By participating in the Giveaway, you agree that Aventus Beauty may collect and use your personal information as described in its Privacy Policy.
**9. Limitation of Liability**
Aventus Beauty shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from participation in the Giveaway or from any gift received as part of the Giveaway.
**10. Changes to Terms**
Aventus Beauty reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on the Aventus Beauty website.
**11. Governing Law**
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
